2. Privacy policy

This policy applies to the processing of personal data carried out through https://altavenirms.com in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).

2.1 Data controller

Michel Jair Parra Gómez, NIF Z2329142Y, with address at Calle Dalai Lama 2, Torrejón de Ardoz (Madrid), Spain. Contact for data protection matters: [email protected].

2.2 Data we process and how we obtain it

We only process the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form or by email: name, company, email address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message. Fields marked as required are necessary in order to reply to you. We do not build profiles or make automated decisions.

2.3 Purposes and legal basis

  • Handling your enquiry or request for a proposal. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in replying to those who contact us (art. 6.1.f).
  • Managing the contractual relationship if you become a client. Legal basis: performance of the contract (art. 6.1.b) and compliance with legal, tax and accounting obligations (art. 6.1.c).
  • Sending you information about our services only if you have consented or if you are already a client, under the terms of art. 21.2 of the Spanish LSSI. You may object at any time. Legal basis: consent (art. 6.1.a) or legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f).

2.4 Retention periods

Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are kept for a maximum of 12 months from the last communication. Client data is kept for the duration of the relationship and, afterwards, blocked for the statutory limitation periods (in general, 6 years for commercial and accounting obligations and 4 years for tax obligations).

2.5 Recipients and data processors

We do not sell or transfer your data. To provide the service we use providers acting as data processors under contracts compliant with art. 28 GDPR:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting and content delivery network). Cloudflare may process your IP address and technical connection data to serve the site and protect it from attacks. The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which analyzes technical browser signals to tell people from bots without tracking cookies and without identifying the user. International transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
  • Formspree, Inc. (contact form processing). Receives the data you enter in the form and forwards it to us. International transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses.
  • Zoho Corporation B.V. (corporate email). Messages are hosted in data centers in the European Union.

We will also disclose data to public authorities when required by law.

2.6 Cookies and local storage

This site does not use first-party or third-party cookies, nor analytics tools that identify the user. For that reason no cookie banner is shown. The only thing stored in your browser is a technical flag, in local storage, that remembers that you have dismissed the language suggestion bar; it contains no personal data and never leaves your browser. If we add analytics or non-essential cookies in the future, we will ask for your prior consent and update this policy.

2.7 Your rights

You may exercise, free of charge, your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to [email protected] or to the address above, together with proof of identity. We will reply within one month at most. If you believe the processing does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es, C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, Spain).

2.8 Security

We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk: TLS encryption on all communications, strong authentication on administration accounts, restricted access to data and providers with recognized security certifications.

2.9 Minors

Our services are aimed at companies and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14; if we detect that this has happened, we will delete it.

2.10 Changes to this policy

Any changes will be published here with the date of the update. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
